This is the first part of a collage featuring the entire female cast of my project "American Omiai" When the other two parts are done I'll have the complete picture formed together to show off, but I figured I'd show each individual part before the completed version to show I'm still working on art.

Truthfully, my hand is hurting after coloring up this first part. ^_^; Using a mouse to color art in Photoshop sucks, but I'm too poor right now to afford a tablet.

Characters shown on this part:

Jennifer Nelson- blind friend and co-worker to Jessica McCree at local video store that attempts to help Jess confess her feelings to Brandon among other things.

Melanie Reese- a 16-year old girl that main character Brandon saved the life of years before that moved away, but recently came back tokeep a promise they apparently made back then.

Takako Shiratori- ninja bodyguard to main female character Kimiko Fujisawa whom attempts to deal with being a bodyguard while Brandon's younger sister Mackenzie and her friends pester her to teach them ninjitsu constantly.

Well, if you get the money I'd recommend the 4x6 Wacom Bamboo (not the "fun" version since you already have software). I got mine for $65 off of a seller on Amazon and it's a lot nicer than my old Graphire 2 was. Maybe when your tax return comes in.

You know... ahem... you may be able to afford the tablet if you hold off on the other hobby collecting for a month. >.> :poke:

Yes well, the hobby collecting keeps me sane often times. ^_^;

At least anime seems to be taking a major break...course I dunno if that's a good thing or a bad thing.

I keep seeing a tablet at Best Buy for just a little over $100, but my knowledge of tablets sucks and the screen on the thing looks very small so I don't know if that would affect the work or not.

I gotta do my tax returns too now that I think on it. However I'll wait a little since last year I got some more stuff I had to input into my info later on after I did them.

Once I finally get my W2 papers from work I'll have all of my forms. I file mine electronically with TaxSlayer. I could not resist a company with a name like that and a knight for it's logo.

I been using TurboTax for the past couple years. Nice thing is all my previous info is still on file so all I have to do is update the numbers and I'm good to go.
