Cool. The sound effects are quite well done, the match the art and manage to have a manga feel even though they are in English. With that I think it would really kick it up a notch if you used a less uniform font, like a comic font or, better yet, take the time to create a font from your handwriting (like many of the great comic artists do). The hand drawn bubbles in the later pages also look good. The draw less attention to themselves. I do wonder why some of the shading is blended and some isn't. I think the subtle blend (or the light shading) would probably look best in the comic, since those styles need not be as exacting and you want the freedom to be less precise when you are doing a serial comic (particularly one with any deadlines).
